Address Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world famous Cable Beach in Broome, far north Western Australia. Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinemas, hospital and schools. Our property has 225 rooms of varying styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, resort shop and a full service Day Spa and Hair Salon, Chahoya.
We are currently seeking ten (10) Front Office Supervisors to join our Front Office Team on a Full Time basis. The successful applicant will be employed on a Full-Time basis working 38hrs per week, commencing in March 2025 for a duration of up to 4 years.
You will need be be available to work day and afternoon shifts as well as weekend shifts. Though this may change from time to time.
The key duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Utilise the staff and resources available to organise and facilitate the highest possible standards in room inventory management and sales
Ensure self and staff display professional, friendly and helpful service to all guests
Ensure concerns with product and service are communicated with the Front Office Manager and or other departments
Ensure all exceeding departures are followed up by the end of the day
Deal with guest complaints and issues and ensure it is resolved promptly
Carry out items listed in the Front Office checklist
Ensure Guest Service Agents complete daily check lists
And other duties consistent with the role of Front Office Supervisor
The work you will be doing is hard and physically demanding. It will involve e.g. reaching above your head or bending over for long periods of time. You will be working both indoors and outdoors in hot and humid conditions with temperatures up to 25-45 degrees Celsius. You need to be fit and in good physical condition to do this work.
