We are seeking a motivated and proactive Administration assistant with:
-Extensive bookkeeping skills
-Ability to assist with business development and implementation of systems and processes
-Exceptional use in Excel
-Ability to manage accounts payable, receivable and generating invoices in Xero
-Outstanding customer service skills
-All round office administrative skills to support the day to day running of the Steel Frame Company
-Efficient administrative and reception services
-Great organisational skills
-Strong verbal communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Project management skills
-Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
