Job Description
What will you do?
Working with TSA, you will support MyCar - one of Australia's largest tyre, automotive service and repair businesses. You will be helping customers buy new tyres and schedule fitments. You will ask the right questions to understand the exact need of the customer, liaise with suppliers to ensure tyres are onsite and available, and then book the customer in at their closest My Car location on a day and time that suits them best.
MyCar’s biggest investment is their team, and the first thing you will learn is that they genuinely put their customers first.
What you need to know about the role:
- This is a permanent full-time position, the first 12 weeks will be based in our Docklands office for training and support, from there you can move to a hybrid working model (3 days in office and 2 days from home)
- You will work on a rotating roster between the hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 6.30pm and Saturday 8am-5:30pm
- 7.6 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week
- Must have stable fixed internet connection with a home office set up
- $51,000 + super + earn incentives of around $250 per month

- You are passionate about customer service and have a genuine interest in the automotive and tyre industry – you know a thing or two about cars!
- You love problem solving and coming up with solutions
- You have great attention to detail
- You can multi-task and manage time effectively without compromising service levels – you can maintain a conversation whilst navigating through a booking
- You love teamwork and collaborating with others
- You are flexible and adaptable
- You have a love for learning new things
- *All candidates must have full Australian work rights and must pass a National Police Check (We pay for)
