XRHealth is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities- Follow up with leads or people interested in getting healthcare services in our clinics
- Manage patient leads showing interest in our virtual clinic consisting of:
- Explain our clinical offer
- Enroll patients in the clinic
- Booked the first appointment with physicians
- Validate patient’s health insurance
- Be responsive on the phone with patients
- Remote work using sales tools such as Salesforce (CRM) and Aircall (online phone)
- Work in connection with our clinic based in Australia but also be coordinated with our remote offices in Boston and Barcelona
- Be creative and knowledgeable on the phone
Requirements/Skills:
- Previous experience in Customer or sales roles
- A result-oriented individual who can multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- You feel comfortable communicating over the phone and email.
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of our CRM system
Nice-to-have skills:
- Educational Background/ Experience in the healthcare environment is a plus
