Position Location
Geraldton (Applicant must reside in Geraldton or be willing to relocate to Geraldton)
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- General bookkeeping
- Bank & credit card reconciliations
- Enter Supplier invoices
- Allocate Debtor payments
- Preparation of Closing journals
- Fuel Tax Credits calculations
- Processing Payruns and calculating Payroll tax
- Preparation and lodgement of BASs and IASs
- Quarterly Superannuation lodgements
- Liaising with clients as need be and providing adhoc assistance
- Checking and verifying invoices
To be successful you will require the following skill set:
- Must be Personable and be a people person
- Must have experience as a Bookkeeper
- A solid understanding of Xero, MYOB and Cash Flow Manager
- A strong ability to learn new systems and adapt
- Data entry skills and an enjoyment of working with numbers
- Proficiency in English, MS Office (especially Excel spreadsheet)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
