AddressVascular Associates Camperdown is seeking an enthusiastic Bookkeeper to join our practice.
This role is managing a portfolio of five surgeons and managing their bookkeeping and financial record management. As such, a few key attributes that the ideal candidate will need to have are:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day accounting transactions for five surgeons
- Prepare monthly accounts
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Managing the accounts, quoting for surgery
- Processing of invoices due for payment
- Credit control of overdue payments with Health Funds
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience across a wide range of accounting functions
- Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to take responsibility and be accountable for workload
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a broader team
- Ability to solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer relations
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel, MYOB, QuickBooks, and other financial accounting packages
