Bookkeeper - Part Time

We are a Gourmet food manufacturing Business, producing high quality foods for the Retail and Food Service markets, well established and reputed for more than 30 years.

Given the expansion of our business, we have identified that we require a Part Time Bookkeeper to support our business.

We are looking for applicants who are available to start immediately!

This position is part time working approximately 2-3 days per week (15-20 hours depending on requirements). You will have some flexibility with your working hours (Day time hours).

Our business is in Brunswick and is very close to public transport.

Qualifications & experience

• 2+ years experience bookkeeping
• Must be experienced with MYOB
• Familiarity with ERP Systems would be advantangeous
• Payroll experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• All-round bookkeeping duties
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Payroll
• Bank Reconciliations
• General office and Administration duties
• Assisting in Budgeting & Cash flow
• Assisting in BAS, month-end and report preparation
