Bookkeeper / Office Manager
We are a facility services company based in Croydon South and require a part time office assistant to perform a variety of tasks in a small team. We are flexible on hours but are looking at approx. 25 hours a week. We are happy to tailor the hours to suit your needs. This job is perfect for someone looking for work during school hours.
Key Duties:
- Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Management of stock control.
- Processing of payroll.
- Assistance with client account management.
- General admin duties in support of our small management team.
- Customer service via phone/email.
- Ensuring customer record management database is kept up to date.
Key Duties:
- Accuracy and attention to detail is imperative.
- Must be IT proficient (Xero, MS suite, etc.).
- A working knowledge of CRM program Zoho would be beneficial but not compulsory.
- It’s a small team environment so your scope of duties will be flexible.
