Hydrotrac Mining Services provides specialist support services to the Mining Industry with complete maintenance solutions in Perth, and isolated mine site support services. We have various positions at Tier 1 mine sites across Western Australia. As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team in Wangara on a part-time basis.
About The Role:
As a vital part of our team, you will be working closely with the Office Manager, playing a key role in our administrative operations. Your duties will support the running of our office, where you will be responsible for:
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Setting up new Suppliers
- Monitor accounts inbox and responding to queries
- Reconciling accounts
- Undertaking administrative duties.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Process purchase orders and invoices using Xero.
- Support the Office Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required.
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
