About the Role
We are looking for an individual with bookkeeping experience and a sound knowledge of MYOB. Day-to-day tasks include invoicing clients, entering supplier invoices, following up with debtors, reconciling bank accounts. This role could be suitable for a parent, with a start time of 9am and finish time of 4.30pm. Fridays have a finish time of 3.30pm.
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Debit card reconciliation
- Entering supplier invoices
- Invoicing clients
- Month end reconciliation for all accounts
- Data entry recording all financial transactions, bank reconciliation processing with high level accuracy & attention to detail
- Monitoring & reconciling of customer accounts
- Finalise & close off EOM
- Customer service via email, phone & in-person
- Monitor and replenish office & factory consumables
About You
- You have an in-depth knowledge of MYOB accounting software
- You have prior experience as a bookkeeper
- You have customer service experience
- You have a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- You are a punctual & reliable member of the team
- You have great communication skills
- You enjoy an open-plan, friendly working environment
