About The Opportunity
As a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administration Assistant, you would manage partner certifications, invoicing, reporting, procurement and various compliance and order-related activities with Telstra, Microsoft and other partners. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable & receivable duties
- Generating invoices in MYOB and invoices/orders with Partners such as Telstra and Microsoft
- Assisting with procurement, including order tracking and follow-ups.
- Handling the MYOB accounts
- Track staff expenses and reimbursements, including special incentives
- Help manage and track sales commissions
- Office management & general administration tasks
- Managing staff salaries & quarterly BAS statements
- Do the weekly and end-of-month reporting.
- Proactively manage compliance with vendor certifications.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Bookkeeping
- Office Management/ Administration experience
- MYOB experience (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Telstra & Microsoft company experience a huge advantage
This is a hybrid role. You will be flexible with the days you are in the office depending on the business needs each week.
