About the RoleThis role is responsible for all aspects of bordereau performance (Australia bordereau and New Zealand claim bordereau), including projects and ad-hoc tasks, to manage risk and deliver key stakeholder engagement in a fast paced ever changing environment.You will need to provide technical solutions and guidance to colleagues, undertake investigations and liaise with business units across DUAL including finance and underwriting and the binder broker in order to achieve targets and deliver an excellent and comprehensive service.
About YouWe are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong leadership skills to direct and manager bordereau technicians; and relationship building skills to manage the end-to-end bordereau process, effectively validating, reconciling and troubleshooting at all stages.You will have strong analytical problem-solving skills and be able to manipulate and understand bordereau and financial data. Your previous insurance roles demonstrate experience within a bordereau processing/operations function working for organisations in the Australian or London markets.You will possess an in-depth knowledge of Lloyd’s Coverholder reporting standards and the ability to apply them to day-to-day activities.
