TFH Cellarbrations Superstore has won AHA Best Bottleshop in WA three years in a row! We are now looking for an experienced Retail Manager to take the store to the next level!

The Position:
- Opening, closing and operating the store in line with posted hours;
- Maximise sales, and profitability and highlight opportunities for growth;
- Develop client relationships that will have a direct impact on sales growth;
- Develop and execute smart ordering procedures, sourcing products from correct suppliers, assuring stock rotation;
- Full understanding of banner ordering, deals and rebate structure;
- Maintaining a high level of store presentation: this includes cleaning the store, stocktake, dusting shelves and replenishing fridges, cool rooms and displays;
- Stock management including the administration of promotions, stocktakes and store orders for stock replenishments;
- Creation and execution of store events and collabs with breweries / wineries;
- Cash/float handling as needed;
- Working with the on-premise management team in any way possible to ensure the guest has the best experience;
- Managing rosters for casual and salaried employees;
- Reporting to the Venue Manager and LocalsCo Head Office.
About you:
- Current RSA Certification;
- Management experience in liquor retail sales 5 years or more;
- Solid customer service skills adapting to fast drive-thru service and casual browsing assistance;
- A strong understanding and execution of RSA;
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety, including working in busy drive-thru and working around forklifts;
- Well-versed in rostering and managing casual staff around rostered shifts;
- Good POS understanding and strong computer skills;
- Familiar with H&L POS and reporting;
- Be able to work unsupervised and show initiative;
- Must have current Approved Manager card WA Liquor control Act 1988
- Forklift licence
- Current WA Police Clearance (preferred)
- Permanent visa holders and Australian residents welcome;
