About the Role:
As the Bottling Manager, you'll be the lifeblood of our bottling operations, working closely with the Site Manager | Senior Winemaker to ensure every bottle encapsulates the quality and excellence Sidewood is known for. This also includes the division of Hills Bottling & Canning for all our awesome Contract Customers. Your role will be hands-on, directly impacting our production processes, team development, and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Lead with Passion: Directly oversee our production line, setting the standard for excellence and efficiency.
- Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity through innovative solutions.
- Develop Our Team: Actively participate in upskilling our production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience.
- Manage with Precision: Oversee procurement and inventory with an eye for quality and cost-effectiveness, ensuring our production runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of quality assurance and compliance, ensuring every product meets our rigorous expectations.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned leader with at least 3 years in production management, preferably in the beverage industry.
- A problem-solver with strong analytical skills, adept in optimizing processes and managing data.
- A team builder who thrives on developing talent and enhancing team performance.
- Proficient in EZYWine software (a plus), with a knack for technology and innovation.
