Duxton Hospitality is one of the fastest growing pub groups in the state and continues to expand its operations across regional and metropolitan South Australia.
The newly renovated Cremorne Hotel is currently seeking a Bottle Shop Manger to join our talented team. Voted Best Overall Hotel (metro) at the 2023 AHA awards, The Cremorne offers wide open spaces including a large beer garden and bar, a beautifully bright dining room, as well as TAB and gaming facilities.
The role:
Reporting to the Venue Manager, we are looking for a customer experience focused individual with strong product knowledge. You will have proven skills regarding stock management control, playing a critical role in maintaining store presentation and activating promotions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the selection of stock and organisation of ordering, cost controlling and waste management of products;
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder, client and supplier relationships;
- Work with wider team to drive a sales performance and culture;
- Maximise presentation and merchandising of products, implementing innovate initiatives to drive sales.
- Effective stock management control and promotion of loyalty programs;
- Lead by example and ensure all Hotel procedures are adhered to; and
- Manage time through effective planning to maintain a high level of productivity.
About you:
- A customer and team focused approach;
- Communicating clear direction, strategy, goals and expectations, developing an inclusive, positive team culture;
- Flexibility to work rotational rosters, public holidays and weekends;
- Experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a previous drive-through Bottle Shop role advantageous;
- Local and international product knowledge;
- Working knowledge or various computer software programs (MS Office, POS) with an understanding of H&L advantageous; and
- Holds a valid RSA and RP badge.

- Monday - 10:00am - 9:00pm
- Tuesday - 10:00am - 9:00pm
- Wednesday - 10:00am - 9:00pm
- Thursday - 10:00am - 10:00pm
- Friday - 10:00am - 11:00pm
- Saturday - 10:00am - 11:00pm
- Sunday - 10:00am - 9:00pm
