We are seeking an accomplished Boutique Manager to lead our team to success and redefine luxury shopping experiences in our new Melbourne CBD Flagship Store opening soon.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the retail and service teams to financial success through exceptional service.
- Create a client-centric culture by personally developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Opportunity to manage, grow and develop your own store with the support of the Retail Director.
- Be responsible for store operations with all company procedures including cash activity, WHS, security, inventory, logistics and reporting.
- Create a positive, motivating environment through effective communication & exceptional people management.
- Ensure the team is always prepared and updated on SARAH & SEBASTIAN information, product knowledge, local market updates, policies and procedure and roll out training where necessary.
- Opportunity to manage and run a client service - SOLDERED & EAR ALCHEMY
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times, ensuring that the SARAH & SEBASTIAN visual displays & team behaviour is in accordance with company guidelines and brand ethos.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Experience managing a premium or luxury retail store.
- Ability to drive sales, a genuine love for building relationships & organisational skills that are second to none.
- Reliability, exceptional attention to detail, a natural leader who influences & inspires others around them.
- Proven track record of people management & team building
- A love & passion for fine jewellery
- 3-5 years previous experience as a Store Manager or Cluster Manager preferably in jewellery or luxury goods

SARAH & SEBASTIAN is an independent fine jewellery practice by SARAH Munro & Robert SEBASTIAN Grynkofki, designers who live & work in Sydney, Australia. In the pursuit of conceptual design merged with innovative craftsmanship, they established their eponymous label in 2012, & today work alongside a diverse team with multidisciplinary talents in our light-filled creative studio in Alexandria.
Our SARAH & SEBASTIAN stores are elegant spaces, designed by leading Australian architects to reflect the unique vision of our brand in locations around the Australia, Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.
We are a close-knit team who actively pursue creativity & innovation, rebelling against the conventions that define traditional jewellery.
We offer multiple luxury jewellery experiences within our intimate architecturally designed suites including SOLDERED, luxury piecing - EAR ALCHEMY styling, Engagement & Wedding Consultations, Gift Concierge Appointments, Clean & Repair.
