The Role

Skills and Experience
- Extensive retail management experience, premium or luxury preferred
- A successful track record of leading a high performing team
- Ability to implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- A natural ability to maintain high morale as well as promote a positive and supportive work environment
- Proficiency in retail operations including inventory management, merchandising, and store administration
- A deep love and understanding of the retail sector
