HSS Luxury Retail Recruitment are currently are seeking to appoint a Supervisor for a renowned international luxury retailer in Sydney CBD.
This role has development growth into an Assistant Boutique Manager role.
The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the Boutique is a customer focused one, integrating strong sales, supervising and mentoring sales staff, with the delivery of exceptional customer service, company’s quality international standards.
Reporting to Boutique Manager based in Sydney, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Alongside the Boutique Manager, work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the Sales Ambassadors.
- Ensure store functional maintenance, visual merchandising and stock control
- Develop relationships with clients, and grow your personal VIP clientele
- Inspire a collaborative and positive team culture within the boutique
- Communicate the brand vision across the APAC region
- Contribute with implementing sales strategies
- Maintain reports re: daily/weekly/monthly targets, KPI’s and CRM targets
- Able to supervise the store – availability on weekends is essential.
Key Skills and responsibilities for this role:
- Availability to work on a 7-day rotational roster (5 days on, 2 days off and available on weekends)
- Work to achieve daily sales targets and support the sales associate to achieve KPI’s
- Develop strong with clients, and grow your personal VIP database
- Maintain the highest standards in customer service and maintain, understanding luxury retail
- Ensure the store has current, latest trends, visual merchandising, with current available stock on the boutique floor
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, within the Sydney luxury retail sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, computing, POS and CRM skills
