We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Supervisor to join our Castle Hill shop. This position will support the Shop Manager and ensure smooth operation of the shop on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities include, not limited to:
- 2IC for Shop Manager during periods of leave or as required
- Point of Sale, register/cashier duties when required
- Responsible for opening/closing of the shop when required.
- Assist the Shop Manager with staff rosters, ensuring they are organised and adhered to.
- Complete end of day responsibilities including sales reconciliation within the shop, when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and business partners at all times.
- When required, provide direction/supervision to co-workers.
- Be a main point of contact for IBO leaders (distributors) to identify & initiate business development or growth opportunities through the shop
Experience and Skills required:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A proven ability to effectively communicate with different levels of consumer and business colleagues.
- An experience in handling cash floats and end of day cash reconciliations
- The ability to supervise and motivate co-workers.
