Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join one of Australia's premier Integrated Service companies.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for delivering the highest standards of both customer and security services in a dynamic work environment.  We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Supervisor. This Security Site operation requires a strong supervisor with drive and passion for security management, to take full responsibility and control of day-to-day security services. Managing a diverse team of security officers, you will possess strong communication and management skills to ensure the smooth running of security services.

The primary management duties shall include:

• Planning, organising, directing and controlling the activities of all security guards, including shift supervisors to achieve contract requirements for safety and security
• Supervision, training ,briefing, counselling and management of staff to ensure compliance with all related policies, procedures, legal obligations and WHS regulations
• Ensuring on-site Security Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained and communicated to security staff
• Preparation of a variety of security related records to comply with internal and external reporting requirements
• Conduct audits of security management activities including random audits of guards across shifts
• Develop, document and implement training programs to ensure all staff have attended training sessions as required by the contract
• Participate in workplace safety arrangements
• Report any OHS&E hazards or incidents identified in the workplace

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a security or operations environment
• First Aid Certificate
