About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated Branch Administrator to support Queensland and Northern Territory primarily with travel administration for our New Equipment / Modernisation / Service teams.
Your key responsibilities- Travel booking for the New Equipment (NE), Modernization (MOD), and Service departments, primarily Field Technicians, in addition to some staff travel. This will include flight options in and out of required work areas, including return-to-home trips.
- Booking of Accommodation and vehicle hire for the required periods nominated by the Project / Operations Manager.
- Maintain a travel tracking system, including coding Concur statements to both NE / Mod and Service weekly.
- Ensure Citibank invoices are paid in a timely manner to avoid any late fee charges.
- General administration duties as required.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in Customer Service, Secretarial duties, Project Coordination, or Administration roles.
- Work experience within the Lift, Construction, or Manufacturing industry would be preferred.
- Has the ability to liaise and influence all stakeholders within the organization and possesses strong relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Able to meet set deadlines and prioritize activities where required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications and have strong computer/IT skills.
- Adaptable and works well in a team.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
