What you will be doing
- Work with our internal and external stakeholders relating to Digital Marketing queries across the network
- Support the marketing team with strategy development
- Responsible for all Digital Marketing channels, paid search, SEO, display and website updates
- Collaborate with agency partners to manage and report on paid search and digital display campaigns
- Oversee website updates and ensure optimal SEO performance and maintenance
- Assist the team with managing and moderating our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, using Sprout to schedule and moderate posts and comments
- Develop end-to-end marketing campaigns for stakeholders and the branch network
- Educate and guide Advisers and network on enhancing their visibility through various marketing initiatives, including social media, print, events and website
- Review performance data to provide tangible insights to the marketing team and all stakeholders. Includes Meltwater Media Monitoring, Salesforce NPS and Pulse Survey analysis
- Help support various conference and events with website page builds and collateral
- Support videographer with video and audio content – includes studio content the Morning AM, editing and distribution across our internal and external channels when required
- Ensure consistent and brand-aligned messaging across our marketing
- Assist with marketing campaign collateral including banners, press ads, brochures, forms and emails when required
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience and success in a similar role – 2 years of experience required
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- A passion for providing exceptional internal service
- Capable with web analytics, reporting and content development (html skills desired)
- Knowledge of Sprout Social, Microsoft Office 365, Webflow CMS and Google analytics, SEM Rush, Meltwater Media Monitoring and Salesforce advantageous
- Demonstrated eye for detail and efficiency in administrative tasks
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
