About the Eastern Creek Branch Manager Role:

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, resourcing and team leadership for specified operational areas and processes. This includes overseeing all activities and resources associated with the branch to achieve agreed objectives, optimising profitability, and business efficiency, whilst ensuring focus on exception customer satisfaction.

Your strong leadership style will continually increase engagement within your team, helping them plan and coordinate their daily outcomes, whilst also identifying & actioning process improvements.

• At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated leadership skills & safety track record
