Job Responsibilities

Due to an internal promotion, we have this great opportunity for a leader with a passion for process improvement, relishes the opportunity to do things differently and enjoys motivating and leading teams. Strong focus on creating a great culture and team spirit, whist maximizing productivity in the workshop and sales of both labour and parts.

What you will do

The role of Branch Manager in Kewdale is integral to the success of Scania Australia.

This is a hands on role and you will lead, support, mentor and manage the Workshop, Parts and Customer Service areas, ensuring at all times that Safety and Quality are at the forefront. Working with team the team to deliver consistent service excellence.

Other key responsibilities include;

• Developing new customer business whilst maintaining existing relationships.
• Establishing and reviewing sales, inventory, marketing and operating costs, budgets, targets and procedures.

• Previous workshop/branch management experience in the heavy vehicle or related industry
• Experience in managing a cross functional team with the ability to lead by example

• Ability to lead, mentor, coach and motivate your team
