About the role:
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including logistics, dispatch, and fleet management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our team members, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Financial Oversight: Manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. Prepare regular financial and operational reports.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop strategies to increase market share and expand service offerings.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of service quality and operational efficiency. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the transport or logistics industry, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
