A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager at our Samios Labrador branch.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in a managerial position.
- Plumbing wholesale industry experience.
- Ability to manage business growth and profitability.
- Results orientated sales experience.
- Account management experience.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Current Australian manual drivers licence.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of the branch, which includes but is not limited to:
- Building trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting, leading and developing your team, which includes undertaking employee recruitment and performance management where required.
- Growing and developing market share.
- Managing inventory and credit control.
- Taking ownership of your branch, making it your own whilst ensuring that your business reflects the Samios core values and high level of professionalism.
- Ensuring that customers receive a high level of service throughout all interactions with your branch, right from initial quoting through to after sale support.
- Reading and understanding branch financials and using this information to make effective business decisions.
