We are seeking an experienced full-time Branch Manager to lead our team in Canberra Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the branch operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Job Duty & responsibilities
- Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the company’s objectives.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service, and for sustaining and expanding the business growth and profitability of the branch.
- Managing the recruitment, training and leadership of branch staff daily basis to ensure the employee deliver high-quality service.
- Promoting the branch's services, identifying marketing opportunities to expand the branch's customer base.
- Ensuring the accuracy and security of all financial transactions, achieving daily cash balance.
- Ensuring a thorough knowledge of branch security(Adherence to the relevant procedures and guidelines).
- Developing and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure they support the delivery of excellent service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conducting performance reviews for staff.
Qualifications & experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Sound knowledge of financial products and regulatory environment.
- Excellent customer service. communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Understanding of Chinese language(Cantonese/Mandarin) is preferred.
