The role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead the Tamworth& Armidale branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, recruitment, training, inventory management, and staff supervision. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for excellence and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, customer service representatives, and support staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.
- Foster a positive and customer-focused culture within the branch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry professionals, and community organisations.
- Monitor branch performance and implement measures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on branch performance and market trends.
- Proven experience in sales management and/or branch management preferably in a commercial setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
