Quick overview of the role 
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day sales, operations and facilities of the Service Centre, encompassing sales, production and warehouse delivery processes; maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and housekeeping. This position is based in our Capalaba Branch.

What will you be doing?

• Provide leadership to branch employees to foster a safe, efficient working environment
• Ensure stock is well managed including safe and orderly storage of goods and materials, accurate and timely receipting
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Ensure security, maintenance, safe operation, and professional image of the branch
• Oversee production and logistics planning
• Facilitate human resource management for the branch
• Manage all workplace incidents, work injuries and illnesses
• Conduct regular team meetings, training and toolbox talks
• Monitor monthly Profit and Loss Reports and budgets
• Manage external local transport providers ensuring safe work procedures and Chain of Responsibility Legislation
• Oversee the management of all workplace incidents, work injuries, and illnesses for the team
• Seek opportunities for improvements in processes
• Undertake other duties and/or projects 

About you

• Proven experience leading a team to deliver high levels of customer service
• Experience managing a high volume of stock
• Demonstrated experience in stock management
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• High level of proficiency in managing departmental budgets, revenue forecasting and financial reporting
• Strong leadership acumen with a thorough understanding of Human Resource best practices
• Car Drivers Licence
