Branch Manager - Car Rental

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations at Betta Auto Hire - Cleveland.

Position Overview: As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Car rental facility, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and achieving business objectives. You will lead a team of rental agents and support staff, driving performance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of branch operations at Betta Auto Hire - Cleveland including vehicle inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and supervise rental agents and detailing staff.
• Monitor and maintain rental fleet to ensure vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and ready for rental.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, and travel agencies to drive business development opportunities.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
• Must be able to work Weekends on a rotating roster as we are a 7 day business. 

Qualifications:

• Experience in a managerial role Essential.
• Experience in the Car rental industry highly advantages, although previous experience in the automotive industry Essential.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Strong computer skills with the ability to learn our Rental Car Manager program.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
