The Branch Administrator will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage office supplies, coordinate with various departments, and provide exceptional support to staff and customers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, ensuring all supplies and equipment are available and operational.
- Provide administrative assistance to branch staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, financial documents, and other important paperwork.
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and preparing financial reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch activities, performance metrics, and other relevant information to senior management.
Requirements:
- +2 years of experience as a Branch Administrator or similar
- Experience using Excel spreadsheets
