Reporting to the General Manager Providers and Market Co-ordination, this role provides operational and functional leadership that contributes to designing, developing and implementing innovative provider and market solutions which can be scaled – including those identified through the NDIA Reform for Outcomes initiatives and the NDIS Review. The role currently has 5 direct reports covering Social. Community Participation, Civic Payments (SCCP), Employment Markets, Blended Payments & Outcomes, Major Projects and Assisted Technology.
The role will foster innovation and advise on international best practice and facilitate change in the employment market to improve sustainable outcomes for people with disabilities and liaise with the sector, governments and across the NDIA to achieve optimal participant outcomes and value for money.
