We are currently seeking an efficient Branch Administration and Marketing professional to join our team at our Euroa branch.

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing support to our Sales teams and performing branch marketing and administration duties. This role will predominantly be supporting the Euroa branch however may provide support to neighbouring branch on an ad hoc basis.

The main responsibilities may include:

  • Assist the Branch Manager and peers in identifying sales and cross-selling opportunities  
  • Ensure professional and prompt customer service is always provided
  • Providing Branch support for Agency activity partners
  • Accounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receipting
  • Accounts receivable, debtor management
  • Maintenance of office supplies
  • Maintaining our finance accounts and identifying opportunities
  • Processing AP invoicing,
  • Maintaining safety processes within the branch

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in an administration-based role. You have experience working in a busy environment and ideally have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven ability to use online media platforms
  • Excellent computer skills including SAP, Outlook, Word & Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
  • Effective time management
