The Role:
As the Operations Manager at our branch, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our rental vehicle services. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensure the efficient functioning of the branch, and uphold our high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including vehicle allocation, scheduling, and maintenance.
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Executives (CSE) to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve branch performance.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and risk management.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute branch-specific business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local repair shops, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or rental industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
