Our Assistant Branch Managers are born leaders who have a strong customer service focus and good business acumen.
You will need to be passionate about leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, preferably in a retail sales/leadership role in the trade/hardware industry.
As the Assistant Branch Manager and working with your team, you will assist the Branch Manager to deliver the results of your Branch, ensuring safety is at the forefront of your decision making, you will be responsible for the performance of the branch and required to achieve and deliver on the Company’s strategy and vision.
You will be an inspiring leader who your team looks up to, you will lead by example in a professional manner and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up when required.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have the following relevant experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications:
- ability to manage a small team to deliver on business outcomes
- a current manual driver’s licence - MR preferably
- a forklift licence
- trustworthy, reliable and a ‘Can do’ attitude
- attention to detail
- has a sense of pride in your workplace
- able to maintain high standards
- customer service experience
- team player, with exceptional safety awareness
