Branch Operations Manager:

You’ll be responsible for the daily operations, managing the P&L and the people, along with operating a fully functioning site, identifying future opportunities and applying your leadership acumen.

Who you are:

• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated employees, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Optimize operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to enhance business partnerships.
• Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the waste management industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the waste industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
