We are currently seeking a Branch Operations & Sales Manager for our Queensland Coast Growth Corridor (Regional expansion in the first quarter of 2025).

What is this role all about?

As a Branch Operations & Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end daily operations. You will be managing a small business in a growing region, with a significant focus towards logistics sales & customer service, while also driving the overall profitability and productivity of the location and the team you will build.

As a leader you will have had previous operations leadership experience. You are a leader who believes that developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of your team is critical to success. You will demonstrate attention to detail in rostering, branch appearance, increasing sales and controlling costs. Having a passion for outstanding customer service outcomes will see you deliver sales targets and KPI’s.

You will be commercially and analytically minded as well as being a driven individual who is passionate about sales, operations, and logistics. You will be proactive, ambitious with a can-do attitude and consider your communication and relationship building skills to be your key strengths. You will be able to work autonomously as well as effectively within a small team environment.

• A technical mind set with an ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
• A flexible approach to working hours as required, this role will require some work outside normal rostered hours.
• Ability to learn and operate our software.
• An ability to run and analyse daily reports and working with the team to action and follow-up tasks.
• Attention to detail in presentation of vehicles and location.
• Ability to work unsupervised with a good sense of responsibility.
• Ability to multitask, as well as be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution.
• A full and current driver’s license.
