Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this Parental Leave contract (12 months) role will be responsible for providing support to the marketing and fundraising teams, using Brand and marketing knowledge on a broad range of marketing programs and practices to support our goals of positively connecting communities. In a nutshell, the Brand and Communications Specialist will: Make things happen You'll will drive brand awareness, acquisition and retention amongst new audiences through key content, projects and marketing and Communications campaigns to support the delivery of business objectives. You’ll ensure projects are completed within agreed timeframes, and be heavy on processes, yet fluid in your approach to getting things done – curveballs don’t discourage you, because you’ve mastered the art of mapping the steps involved to achieve targets that lead to an outcome. Optimise and lead from within Leading a Brand and Communications strategy will come naturally to you. You have an innate ability to use storytelling to produce communications that align with our iconic brand.. Encouraging and channeling creativity into a strategic, structured approach will be key in this role.
