- Manage the client's CRM system through MS 365, while maintaining continuous development of the platform, and engaging sales with ongoing training and updates to the system.
- Support the overall digital strategy across website, social media and their eLearning platform.
- Manage the social media Marketing and coordinate content and back end, working closely with the Product Managers and the MD for support.
- Develop and manage their EDM campaigns and content scheduling to capture leads.
- Coordinating local and national trade exhibits and webinars.
The successful candidate should have a can-do attitude, and a solution-orientated mindset. This candidate will be expected to support the client's overall Sales & Marketing function, so it is anticipated that no two days will be the same in this position. The client is also looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing digital marketing solutions, across website, CRM, social media and EDM.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to work autonomously.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience, particularly Illustrator, is a nice to have.
- Experience across MS 365 and different social channels is a nice to have.
- Ideally live in close proximity to Mount Waverley.
