What's in it for you?
As the Martech Process Lead, Oceania, you will be instrumental in enhancing our marketing technology infrastructure and processes. You will play a crucial role in identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and maximising the effectiveness of our MarTech stack. Your leadership will be key in ensuring seamless integration and utilization of MarTech tools across our marketing operations whilst driving automation and ABM campaigns.
Your expertise will guide us in identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
Primarily you will ensure the seamless integration and utilisation of our MarTech stack. You'll assess the compatibility of different tools and platforms, fostering an ecosystem where they work harmoniously to empower our marketing initiatives. Your strategic approach to technology integration will play a pivotal role in enhancing our campaign execution, data management, and overall marketing effectiveness. But perhaps one of the most impactful aspects of your role will be in empowering our BMC team. You'll develop programs and resources to equip our teams with the skills and knowledge needed to leverage MarTech tools effectively.
What we're looking for

• You will have strong technical proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CMS (AEM).
• You will have excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI and Google Analytics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
• You will have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
• You will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Working familiarity with HTML/CSS
• High technical aptitude with ability to quickly ramp up on internal nuances related to people, process, and technology
