AddressZed3 Medical Group is a multi-disciplinary mental health business operating in Canberra and via telehealth around Australia. We provide services in Psychiatry, Psychology and Paediatrics. We are a growing business with a team of more than 70 staff and consultants working in Canberra and remotely.
Our clinical work is predominantly trauma-focused, servicing a variety of clients across the Australian Defence Force, First Responders, Veteran and Civilian communities.
The primary role of the Brand and Engagement Coordinator would be to support the wider business and Executive Leadership Team with a variety of functions including; communications, creation of marketing material, website maintenance, internal newsletters, social media, staff engagement and events.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be a creative problem solver
- Experience in creating and designing digital marketing content
- Media experience including print and digital.
- Track record of entrepreneurial, resourceful and creative approaches to marketing
- Experience working within teams and building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong administration skills and attention to details
- Ability to organise and be involved with events
We would expect the candidate to be well-presented, reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude towards work. Given the nature of the work that we do within the mental health sector, the candidate must be empathetic and discreet.
The Brand and Engagement Coordinator position would work from our office in Bruce. Free parking is available onsite.
The position is part-time for 2-3 days per week (maximum 24 hours). School hours are available. Applications from students or recent graduates will be accepted. Pay will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate's experience level.
