About your new Role

As the Brand and Retail Communications Manager you will report to our General Manager for Product and marketing and be based in our Zetland office 3 days per week. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for end to end communication of all brand, model and Retail Communications to drive the brand values and deliver the desired annual volume aspirations based on data and facts
• Key contributor to the brand strategy, strategic pillar projects and the global planning process
• Agency Management with full autonomy to own the Brand and decisions we make
• Strong collaboration and engagement within the broader team to achieve objectives and common goals
• Provide guidance, coaching and support for junior team members
• Manage the delivery, implementation and contractual terms for partnerships and sponsorships

About you To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

• A Marketing, Communications or related qualification mandatory 
• Extensive experience within Marketing, communications and understanding of strategic planning
• Hands on experience of Agency and supplier management
• Strong Leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Robust communication, advisory and decision making skills
• Experience managing a marketing budget
