The Role
- Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to elevate the in store experience and deliver outstanding customer service, aligning with the brand's reputation for excellence.
- Oversee the CRM and client engagement initiatives.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring seamless store functionality and superior standards.
- Drive sales and profitability while managing budgets and financial performance.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
- Collaborate with other teams in the region and globally, to align local strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience in a Store / Boutique Manager position within luxury retail.
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail, its dynamics and the market trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to strategize and implement effective sales and operational plans
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the business.
