The Role

• Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to elevate the in store experience and deliver outstanding customer service, aligning with the brand's reputation for excellence.
• Oversee the CRM and client engagement initiatives.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring seamless store functionality and superior standards.
• Drive sales and profitability while managing budgets and financial performance. 
• Implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
• Collaborate with other teams in the region and globally, to align local strategies with overall brand objectives.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

•  Experience in a Store / Boutique Manager position within luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of the luxury retail, its dynamics and the market trends.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to strategize and implement effective sales and operational plans
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the business.
