About the Role
As a Brand Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our brand management efforts. You will work closely with the Brand Managers to execute marketing strategies, manage brand campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Your creative thinking and attention to detail will be essential in helping us achieve our brand objectives.
Responsibilities
- Brand Websites: develop web content, ensure all content is up to date, and measure and report on the success of websites.
- Manage the Nuna Baby Australia social channels and coordinate the Influencer Outreach programs.
- Coordinate local retailer specific in-store projects, collaborating with vendors on new projects.
- Assist the Consumer Service Representative with consumer enquiries received via social media and Zendesk.
- Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns.
- Work with the Brand Manager to coordinate and deliver yearly tradeshows and exhibits.
- Assist the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brands.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, ads, and social media posts.
- Conduct research to support brand development and marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on the performance of brand campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing.
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for branding and marketing.
