Wholesale Merchandise Coordinator

Due to recent and planned future growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual wishing to join a busy and expanding team in Surry Hills, Sydney.
DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage wholesale accounts and relationships with retail buyers
- Coordinate product orders, shipments, and deliveries to wholesale customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and sales, to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries and issues promptly
- Attend trade shows and market events to represent the company and showcase products
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in wholesale merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with inventory management software
- Knowledge of fashion trends, market analysis, and retail landscape - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to travel for trade shows and customer visits
