Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager who wants to bring their skills and passion to the forefront to make a direct impact on driving growth in exciting markets! Join our energetic and innovative Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager to support and promote the brand success of INIKA Organic, 100% natural skincare and cosmetics and Raww Cosmetics in Australia and globally.

What you will do:

• Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager
• Manage multiple projects and be responsible for building the Inika Organic and RAWW Cosmetic beauty brands
• Support the development of strategy through to execution, creating strong marketing plans and initiatives and launching innovative and effective campaigns
• Manage the creative process across ATL and BTL platforms including briefing media, artwork, Packaging, Point of sale and Visual Merchandising
• Manage and drive the promotional plan, working closely with our passionate sales team
• In conjunction with the E-Commerce Manager, direct all digital activity to build brand image, brand awareness and drive online sales
