Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand and Partnership Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the COO, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing brand Partnerships, as well as executing impactful activations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brand development, a keen eye for identifying strategic opportunities, and a proven track record of successful partnership management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Maintain Partnerships:
- Identify and engage potential brand partners and talent that align with our company's values and goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure new partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the executive to develop and implement partnership strategies that support the company’s overall objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of partnership activations, including events, campaigns, and co-branded initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Brand Development:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all partnerships and activations.
- Drive brand awareness and loyalty through innovative and impactful partnership initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the company’s brand presence through strategic alliances and collaborations.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Brand and Partnership inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contract processes.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the catering and events industry.
- Stay abreast of competitor activities and industry developments to inform partnership strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, partnerships, or a related role, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful brand Partnerships.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative partnership ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
