Where do you want to go?Make an impact and be part of the Marketing team to drive and support the development and execution of the marketing strategy and plans of Bayer’s important priority Dermatology , Digestive Health & Pain Consumer Health Portfolio (brands include Canesten, Bepanthen, Rennie, Iberogast and Naprogesic).
With the changing nature of the industry, the team operates in an agile work environment creating the opportunity to work with other brands when there is a need within the business.
This position is at our Pymble office, which is close to a train station and has free onsite parking available. We work in a hybrid nature, with 3 days in the office.
Do something that moves you.- Contribute to the building and creation of brand direction and strategy
- Support the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline to deliver future growth
- Deliver through line activations, at pace
- Ability to develop the voice of customer though digital omnichannel, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Be responsible for monitoring campaign performance and measuring campaign success to determine ROI
- Build and develop collaborative relationships with internal and external customers to deliver strategic priorities and drive operational excellence
- Drive stakeholder management (Trade Marketing, Sales and Media teams) to deliver towards aligned goals
- Proven successful experience working in a past paced and diverse portfolio within B2C marketing
- Consumer Health, Pharmaceuticals or Grocery experience highly regarded
- Strong experience at delivering & optimising digital marketing campaigns
- Previous experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager
- Degree qualified (or equivalent). Preferably major in Commerce, Business Studies or Marketing;
- A passionate and energetic professional who will new ideas and confidence to challenge the status quo
- A keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a face paced, agile environment where change is a constant
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Project management, planning and prioritisation
