The Role
Have you ever had a brain fade moment and thought A Dare Fix'll Fix It? Interested to see how Australia’s #1 Iced Coffee brand is so successful? If so, we now have an exciting opportunity for a high performing Brand Manager to join our marketing team. We are looking for a passionate, results orientated and proactive marketer capable of delivering new product development, cut through brand communications and high-profile sponsorship and activation campaigns. Based at our Docklands office, this role reports to the Marketing Manager - Iced Coffee with a focus on driving growth for our powerhouse, market leading icon, Dare! In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for implementing brand plans and managing multiple agency & internal stakeholder relationships. You will work cross functionally with R&D, Operations, Finance and Sales to drive the brand growth agenda and bring new products to life! We are seeking a current Brand Manager, looking to make huge impact and delight in the end-to-end ownership of an iconic Aussie brand!
Responsibilities
Manage and implement the annual Dare brand plan and Go-To-Market strategies within brand guidelines
Create breakthrough communications and key brand activations
Develop and shape the Dare product range
Lead multiple New Product Development initiatives through Stage Gate
Manage and report on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity) and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements
Establish and maintain quality agency village and partnership relationships
Manage and report on brand Marketing Investment budget
About you
Experience in similar brand building and strategic marketing and communications roles in FMCG industry
Displays a challenger mindset to drive brand growth; experienced in development and implementation of high impact and innovative marketing activities to drive long and short-term uplifts
Experience in shaping brands, managing through the line communication plans, successful execution of Go-To-Market plans and leading new product development initiatives
Understands consumer needs and has experience in crafting engaging category and brand stories to successfully sell into Category and Customer Teams
Works both collaboratively and independently with tight deadlines and is flexible to adapt well in fast-paced environments
